Each year  MVEA holds an annual member banquet and awards ceremony to celebrate the accomplishments of our competing members, recognize our hard working volunteers, and provide updates on MVEA's strategy and objectives.  This year's banquet will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 from
​6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Ray's Wine-Spirits-Grill in Clayton, OH.  (See tickets for additional details.)

For the first time, in conjunction with the annual banquet, MVEA is holding a silent auction fundraising event.  Much of MVEA's fundraising effort is dedicated to the conservation and improvement of Twin Towers Park.  The silent auction will open for bids on Saturday, December 27, 2025 and run through Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 9:00 pm.  We will continue to add auction items through December so keep checking back!
